Sarto prides themselves in its high quality products and always makes sure everything is checked before being shipped .
If you happen to receive any damaged item please contact us right away to get it replaced .
Please make sure to let us know within 3 days of your purchase.
Please note that items being replaced due to damage can only be replaced with the same item in the same size .
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
